Welcome to AMANA OSHC! We offer two primary booking systems to accommodate your needs: the Casual Booking and the Recurring Booking.

Casual fees provide flexibility and industry-leading booking rules so you can manage life’s interruptions with peace of mind.

To qualify for recurring fees:
A minimum of 2 bookings must be made
Bookings must be made at the same time
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the first booking
Bookings must be scheduled as recurring days over 2 or more consecutive weeks
Booking notice: 48 hours in advance
Cancellation notice: 7 calendar days in advance
The following surcharges apply per payment:
Debit or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard): 1.75%
Bank Account: $0.75
Lower your care expenses with the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Families meeting eligibility criteria can benefit from subsidies on your Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) fees through the CCS. We strongly encourage you to explore CCS to assess your eligibility.
Determinants of your eligibility include your family’s annual adjusted taxable income, an activity test, and the type of childcare service availed.
To ascertain your eligibility, simply access MyGov and complete your Child Care Subsidy Assessment. Once your claim has been assessed and/or approved, Centrelink will notify you promptly.

Cancellation notice: No cancellations within 2 weeks of school holiday start date.
Our $25.00 Enrolment Fee is charged once a year on your second use of our service. The enrolment fee is pro rata based on Term. This is an Amana OSHC maintenance fee that allows us to acquire and maintain yours and your child’s records, including but not limited to medical management plans, medical authorisation forms and Child Enrolment Information Sheet. The Child Enrolment Information Sheet is updated annually and reviewed on a minimum termly basis. This fee also covers maintaining your enrolments with Centrelink in order to claim the Childcare Subsidy should you be eligible.
Late Pick-up Fee: When a child is collected after the closing time of the service, a parent will be charged $15.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof, per child. Please note this is a set price that covers the out of office hours our staff spend making sure your child gets picked up safely.
